Director, Managing Consultant

Comfort Coleman is the Managing Consultant of NEKEGO Resources Limited. She is a multi-dimensional, multi-talented and multi-functional professional and an experienced skilled communications trainer. She is a Certified Ethics Officer from the Ethics Institute of South Africa, a World-Bank funded initiative. She is also a Certified DiSC Trainer, who runs DiSC certifications, empowering people
to understand how to manage today’s human capital. She is a consummate Etiquette trainer, who has done that for over 25 years.

Comfort is a PR practitioner, having served as an executive of the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. She is a Journalist, Teacher, a Human Resources Practitioner, and a Culture Change Specialist who has garnered vast experience in Communications and Human Resource Management, spanning over 36 years.

She was a Senior Editor with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and edited as well as contributed to many international journals and sports magazines particularly Tennis Africa and African Soccer. She was also a Stringer for the Voice of America, English-to-Africa service. She had maintained a column in Nigeria’s only Business daily – Business Day in the Work and Learning page She was a General Manager at Skills-Farm Ltd, a company focused on supporting the HR function and professionals. And prior to joining Skills-Farm, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Poise Nigeria Ltd.

Comfort has a Masters in Managerial Psychology and an MSc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She has a combined first degree in Psychology, Sociology and Mass Communication. She is a member of CIPM, SHRM and NIPR. In addition to her facilitating trainings in Etiquette, Ethics and
DISC work, she is also noted for her work in Coaching and Mentoring. She is on the board of the national committee of an international
non-profit NNC-UWC.
