Oluwatosin Babasanya-Craig is a Management Trainer, with special competence in Soft Skills Coaching. A Graduate of Architecture, with a major in Interior Architecture, with an International certification in corporate coaching and education management, Oluwatosin is a well-versed soft skills/management trainer and education manager.
Whilst working diligently on construction sites, she discovered that her passion rested with people development, and she has since carved a niche for herself in this area of service.
Her quest for civility and best work practices has birthed the passion to groom people of all works of life. Her research and training competence span several interests in soft skills, personal development, setting and achieving goals, effective communication, motivation, corporate image, teenage coaching, success strategies and education management.
As an Education Manager, Oluwatosin’s active and innovative contribution has been valuable, having worked in the education space for some years now. In 2012, she led a team to train all School Principals in Ekiti State in leadership, school management and teaching effectiveness. For three years, she was also Involved in the World Bank Assisted- EKO Secondary School Project in Lagos State, facilitating Management and Leadership courses in Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness and Professional Ethics, training over 3000 Secondary School leaders and teachers during that time. She was also involved in the DEEPEN (an innovation of DFID) pilot project in Lagos State as a certified facilitator with Performance Fact Inc. USA.
Oluwatosin has diverse experience spanning various sectors, through her work with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Educational Institutions, Governments, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Nigeria as well as international partners and agencies. She has received many service awards. One notable one is the award for The Most Valuable Facilitator with LSUBEB partner LGEAs in 2018/2019.
Oluwatosin is a validated Facilitator with some financial institutions in Nigeria. She is also a soft skills coach with The Lagos Business School. She is the Manager, Nigeria Operations for Performance Fact Inc.
Her signature product MannersOnTheGoTM seeks to speak to the dwindling values in our society, where manners and civility are concerned
